It's Cindy here!

Hi dance lovers

I'm an Ex professional dancer, dance teacher and yoga lover who loves anatomy

I've always placed such high expectations on myself, call me a perfectionist actually. That's a difficult mindset to deal with some times. While it has it's benefits for sure, it often means I can be pretty hard on myself when I make mistakes, or don't do things 'perfectly'. I'll compare myself to others and doubt my own abilities.

I've made some changes to how I train physically, which has created a huge change in my mindset. It's been possible, actually ENJOYABLE, no wait ... it's now ESSENTIAL to work on my
physical fitness, WHILE I'm also improving my mental fitness, health and overall wellbeing at the exact same time!

So now, I literally wake up & go to bed every day thinking ... how can I share this with the dance community ... essentially teach other dance lovers how to train ALL of you, not just the part that needs to fit into your dance gear!  Conditioning for dance, seriously, has never felt sooooo good for me.

Some free stuff would be kind of nice

Crunches, sit-ups ... if you're sick of doing them ... GREAT. They aren't the best things to do to get a killer core anyway. Here's what I do instead ...
