Hi dance lovers

I'm an Ex professional dancer, dance teacher and yoga lover who loves anatomy

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to dance my way across international stages as a performer, and for the last 17 years, as an educator. And because I can’t resist adding to my teaching toolkit, I’m now a qualified consent and boundary specialist for stage and screen—fancy, right?

I'm someone who’s always held myself to the highest standards (hello, perfectionist tendencies!). So I know how tough it can be for dancers to navigate self-doubt and comparisons... the very things I see so many of my students grappling with.

Through a few small tweaks to the traditional way of conditioning for dance, I’ve discovered it’s easy to achieve the same physical results while creating a self-supporting mindset and a deeper inner connection to yourself. It’s not just possible—it’s genuinely enjoyable. In fact, I’d say it’s ESSENTIAL for dancers to work on physical fitness and mental wellbeing simultaneously. It’s like a two-for-one deal: training both mind and body at the same time. Smarter, not harder, right?

So now, I literally wake up & go to bed every day thinking ... how can I share the power of wellbeing and consent with the dance community, helping teachers bring this transformative approach to their students.

Some free stuff would be kind of nice

Crunches, sit-ups ... if you're sick of doing them ... GREAT. They aren't the best things to do to get a killer core anyway. Here's what I do instead ...
