how posture impacts emotions
-

-
what a body scan is?
They say dancers learn a lot more than just dance in class. Oh yes they will.
Connection
Do your dancers know:
-
to do what feels right in their body
-
why closing eyes to stretch reduces comparison
-
they can condition mind & body simultaneously?
The Class for the Heart method sounds a little different but still has your dancers becoming flexible, and strong, all while fine-tuning alignment.
Body Knowledge
Do your dancers know:
-
how proprioceptors impact flexibility
-
how breath impacts core strength

We can’t thank Cindy enough and can’t wait to welcome her back!
We absolutely loved welcoming Cindy at GC Dance! Cindy brought her beautiful ‘Class For The Heart’ program to our Ballet Excellence students, working with varying age groups and tailoring the content appropriately. Students left feeling mindful and centred, with new stretching and mindset techniques that will serve them a lifetime.
Thank you, Cindy, for your wealth of knowledge and for creating a nurturing learning environment.
Cindy introduced our students to a whole new realm of self-development through the importance of breath work. Our students felt safe in her presence to experiment with new ideas, all whilst gaining an understanding of how it could all relate back to their studies as dancers.

Cindy supported and guided students through the movements and stretches, catering for a range of abilities.
The class was calming and allowed for a beautiful connection between body and mind. By the end we were so relaxed and calm we were close to falling asleep! I will definitely be getting her back again!
What a beautiful, calming experience our students had, with our Class for the Heart workshop.

Cindy is extremely knowledgable yet keeps her class accessible to all.
It was nice to combine the theory and practical to be able to put the learnings directly into practice.
