Start week 1 learning the Essentials -  mindset makeover (taught with 5 x 15 minute knowledge exploration sessions and 4 x 25 minute movement classes).

Weeks 2 - 12 - each week you receive

- 2 'uplift' classes (ranging from 10 - 25 minutes)

- 1 'condition' session (targeting dance skills)

- 1 refine insight (technique & alignment fine tuning)
