Dance Class
that matters!
A dancer already has a lot of dance in their life. So it's not about adding just 'any' extra thing to a 'to do' list. I guarantee it won't be. What I will say, is Class for the Heart style conditioning could soon become a new favourite!
Because ... it's where dance lovers who lack a little confidence become their best on & off the stage without adding loads of time to already busy dance schedules.!
You don't need another flexibility class.
You don't need another conditioning class.
You need one that combines everything for 'ALL' OF YOU ...

Share with me your wants, essentially, what do you believe should be included in this new online at home training program. I WILL be including many of the aspects I already teach in my live in studio workshops - educating dancers how to improve dancer skills (strength, flexibility, alignment) WHILE developing a mindset that benefits both in and out of dance.
Currently, my in person studio workshops receive this response from dancers.

Some considerations:
What is one thing you think is missing from studio training e.g. mindset, mental health, personalisation in training etc.
Do you (or as a parent, your dancer) purposefully invest in wellbeing and mental fitness strategies to deal with the challenges a dancer might face (in and out of dance) e.g. having a wellbeing app on your phone, taking dedicated wellbeing sessions.
Do you feel you (or as a parent, your dancer) need to devote more time to overall wellbeing to better navigate the dance industry?
If you do, what prevents you (or your dancer) from purposefully spending that time on development mental fitness and overall well-being?
Are you aware that it is possible to train physically (strength/flexibility/alignment), at the same time as training to benefit wellbeing.
If you did value some wellbeing and mindset training, do you have suggestions of a format that could work e.g. 10 minute sessions 5 times a week, 3 times training per week for 20 minutes?
What sort of inclusions would you like to see in such a program e.g. gratitude, journal prompts, mediations, breath work.
Is an online zoom (live class) something that appeals to you or do you prefer pre recorded videos?
Would an introductory masterclass and a week program be of benefit prior to making a longer term commitment?
If this masterclass and week long program did provide skills that can be applied to not only dance, but life, how much would pay for the initial investment?
How likely are you to invest in a program that is specifically aimed at developing mindset and connection to self?
